"I have learned that life can be very tough for some. 

Life is way too short at times.

We have to try and be strong. 

We have to try to be positive.

We have to love one another. 

We have to help those in need. 

Most of all, we have to be grateful for all that we have and count our blessings, big and small because we really do have a lot to be happy about. 

So open your eyes, open your ears and open your heart to all good things."
